Go to our CALENDAR or check our CLASSES page to see upcoming classes. Review the information and ensure you meet any pre-requisites, or will meet them by class start date. If you don't see the class you want listed in the calendar, contact us. We may have a non-listed private class you could attend, or you may be the one person that meets the minimum we need to hold that class.
All classes require pre-registration:
Option 1: Please print the required information on your pre-registration form and mail it to Ketchum Safety Training PO Box 446, Fruita, CO 81521, along with a check or money order to cover your deposit or full tuition.
Option 2: Please complete the pre-registration form and send it by e-mail to Kate@Ketchum-llc.com. You will also need to complete payment of deposit or full tuition via PayPal by clicking on the appropriate class on the classes page or the deposit link.
Option 3: Complete the pre-registration form and attach it to the CONTACT us section. You will also need to complete payment of deposit or full tuition via PayPal by clicking on the appropriate class on the classes page or the deposit link
Be sure to note the dates of your requested class, we have several of the same classes held on different dates. We want to get you into the dates you want!
Upon receipt of your deposit, you will be added to the class roster. You will receive confirmation and further information and instructions from your Lead Instructor.
Pre-registration is required for all courses.
A $75 deposit per student is due at time of pre-registration, with the remainder due prior to class start. If the course is less than $75, the entire amount is due at the time of pre-registration. Click on the appropriate class on the CLASSES page to make your payment, or submit your payment via another method described above.
We accept credit cards over the phone and at class (2% additional charge) or take checks or money orders. Click on your desired class to pay right now!
There will be a $45 fee for any check that bounces or is returned without payment. The student will not be provided a certificate for their class or certification until all fees are paid.
We realize *things* happen! If you need to cancel your attendance, and let us know more than 30 days prior to the start of class, we will refund $50.00. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to the start of class, we will be unable to refund, but we will reschedule you for another class of your choice, and credit your deposit for the new class.
Make sure you meet all the pre-requisites for your course. If you arrive for class and have not met all pre-requisites, you will not be allowed to attend, and will not receive a refund.
